Description The Independent Investigation Method is a teaching model that guides primary, elementary, and secondary students through the research process using a common framework for students in grades K - 12. It employs a continuum of skills that empowers teachers to integrate the research TEKS across the curriculum, thus enabling students to become independent researchers. This workshop is intended for teachers of grades K - 5.
