Description Participants will increase their knowledge of cultural domains for various cultures. Dialogue will emphasize the role of cultural awareness in developing respect and appreciation for student differences. Educators will be challenged to engage in self-reflection and professional development opportunities that will enhance their ability to relate more effectively to students in order to improve student academic and behavioral outcomes.
