Description Participants will increase their understanding of cultural domains. Dialogue will emphasize the role of cultural awareness in developing respect and appreciation for student differences. You will be challenged to engage in self-reflection that will enhance their ability to relate more effectively to students, in order to improve student academic and behavioral outcomes.
